Transmute a magic amulet, a jewel, a Ral rune, and a perfect amethyst to create a crafted Caster amulet.

Transmute a magic helm or exceptional/elite version (casque or armet), a jewel, a Ral rune, and a perfect ruby to create a crafted Blood helm.
